kaliflower: Hey brutah, send me an email to the blackmetalassclown address and fill me in on what you already have by Corrupted. (Feel free to blab at me about other things as well, if you so desire.) If you can figure out a way to send some of your wife's wholesome-looking tofu goodness by email, feel free to do that to....
It's very difficult to type with a cat's asshole in your face. Not to mention stinky. Eeeew.

i have none :(
woe is mi
Here's what Corrupted sound like:
(tinkly piano)
(repeated endlessly)
(until you trance out or begin to squirm)
(then some other stuff)
(for a really long time)
(then some fuzziness)
(fuzzy chords a million moments apart)
(for a really long time)
(until)
(THE WORLD CAVES IN WITH ABJECT HEAVINESS)
(for a while)
(then more tinkly stuff)
(lots of fuzzy droning)
(eventually it all ends)
... it's sort of like that, anyway. ;0
(*let me cling to that*)
To answer your question, music is a personal escape of enjoyment. There is almost no band, genre or style I don't completely love, hate and stand somewhere in the grey on.
To answer your question ... I could probably go out and buy some on the mean streets of Etobicoke on your advice.
I think I would have to hear some corrupted songs to sort them out along those lines.
Not that it was bad. But two things kinda interested me. It ran into my next album on i-tunes by the Cult. Oddly enough, it is almost the perfect intro to 'wild flower' which made me thing that Corrupted is a conceptual album band vs. a k-tel music express kinda deal.
The second thing, again i shit you not, is it got emily out of her hide and to the plexiglass door of her hab. She paced in front of it for about 2 minutes into the song and then she proceeded to pull herself up on plexiglass and bounce the bottom of her shell against it. In about 10 second intervals she continued to do that until the Cure came on and she just crawled back to her hide and burried herself in substrate.
Roy ... If I didn't know better I think emily jsut moshed then crashed :O
God I hate it when they do tricks and won't repeat them.
I'm not sure I would like it if it turned out she was really into anything short of polka :(
Also, it is a very good possibility she was just reacting to the vibrations affecting her hab. (i.e. turn that racket down vs. up)
she's apparently much faster than we ever expected.
